Rachael Meyers

õ  Artistic Director

A 6’ 2” former collegiate athlete, Rachael fell into production while achieving her BFA at Colorado College. There, her work in the theatre gained momentum, leading her to move to Los Angeles in 2010.

In 2011, Rachael created RM Productions, under which she has built a body of work as an award-winning director, writer and producer. She has had the pleasure of working with many talented actors, including Gina Hecht (Seinfeld), Rob Brownstein (Argo), Elisa Gabrielli (Madagascar), and James Kyson (Heroes).  She has also served as Coordinator for Skylight Theater's LabWorks, the company’s first-ever Playlab Festival to exhibit new works by up-and-coming writers.

In 2012, she received the Young Artist Development Award from Chaspen Foundation for the Arts. Her directorial debut “Highway 15” has won awards at festivals across the country, including Best Direction, and most recently, her short "Forget-Me-Not" was awarded Best Drama Short Film at the North Hollywood Cinefest. She is currently in development with Oscar-winning producer Fred Roos to direct her screenplay "Lost for Words", and with writer and co-producer Elise Zell in the feature adaptation of their awarding-winning short "Zoe + Ari."
